1 mashed banana
200g whole wheat flour
mix everything together. adjust the amount of flour depending on how soft the mixture is (use more or less!)
squash it flat - about 2cm
put it on a baking sheet in the oven at 150 for 15 minutes
leave to cool so you can touch it and cut into small squares
bag up into small bags and freeze until needed. lasts for 7 days or more - like biscuits
use as TREATS only!!!
